If you are interested in selling your share, you MUST inform the membership director before June 1st in order to be eligible for a refund of your share price once your share is sold. After this date, no refund will be awarded.
All requests to sell a share must be made via e-mail to the membership coordinator,
A list of shares for sale is kept in order of the date that the sell request is received.
If a buyer is identified for your share when you choose to sell it, you will receive a reimbursement of $190 (the value of the share).
A share reimbursement is paid only when a buyer has been identified. If there is no buyer for your share at any given moment,
your membership is deemed to continue and your annual dues must be paid on-time even if you are no longer resident in the area
Please note that any outstanding payments on your account will be deducted from the value of your share reimbursement.
